About Time to Leap. No Looking Back.
Hello! I am Stephanie, I am 19, and I am on a mission to get fit. I have a pattern of starting and then stopping, but I really want this is be a lifetime change. I want to be healthy and to be happy. I want to be in the best shape of my life!
Starting size is 10/12 and I would like to be a 6/8.
I am 5 feet and 1/2 inch.
This is mostly a place where I put motivations for both myself and anyone else who wants to be motivated. I am by no means a professional, but if you ever want motivation or someone to talk to, go to my ask box! I LOVE MESSAGES! :)
I would rather be big and healthy than tiny and unhealthy any day. There will be NO THINSPO here! Only healthy changes leading to a healthy body.
